Hvilke viner skal man se etter fra Montepulciano når Vino Nobile 2016 og Riserva 2015 kommer? Det skal du få se her, jeg smakte alle 75 tilgjengelig i Montepulciano i februar i år og valgt ut de jeg likte best.
Generelt vil jeg si at det var en del ubalanse, en del vinfeil og rusk, men de som utmerket seg – de utmerket seg.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2016:
Cantina Chiacchiera: Elegant frukt, god balanse, godt potensial. 4(+)
Salcheto: Lett og frisk, god frukt og balanse. 4+
Fattoria Svetoni: Kompleks og krydret, litt kjedelig men god. 4+
Gattavecchi: God fruktighet og struktur, god balanse.4+
Tenuta Trerose Santa Caterina: Godt strukturert, god syre og tanniner, kraftig. 4
Il Molinaccio La Spinosa: God fylde og frukt. 4
La Combarbia: God fylde, moden og god frukt, lett krydder. 5
Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano Vecchia Cantina: fin og fruktig , velbalansert. 4+
Le Bèrne: Mørke bær, god frukt, fint krydderpreg, interessant. 4+
Metinella Burberosso: Fruktig og fin, klassisk 4+
Le Bertille: Moden frukt, kompleks, fint fruktpreg. 4+

Le Bèrne: Veldig fruktig, gode tanniner, god balanse. 5

Manvi Ojas: Fint utviklet, god frukt, lett krydder og vanilje. 4+
Metinella Burberosso: Mørke bær, god frukt og krydder. 5-
Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano Briareo: Deilig frukt, parfymert og sitter godt. 4+
Podere Casa al Vento: God fruktighet og krydder, allover god. 4
